As you may of heard, this is the summer of provocations here at HTB! Even our toddlers are getting in on the action! A provocation provokes the children's imagination and lets their imagination do the work! In this specific provocation, we used literature to encourage their minds! The book entitled "Stick and Stone" was read to the class and then the loose parts were set out on a table. As the children played with the loose parts, our educators ask them open ended questions to inspire them to create their own version of the story!
